Yes. The product and website are built around offline single-player Story Mode use only.
How do I receive my licence key?
After Stripe confirms payment, the webhook creates a key in Supabase. You can also connect email delivery later.

The starter licence table stores max_devices as 2. Proper device activation checks can be added before launch.
